Blazin’ Bagelz was original established in 1976 as The Bagel Bakery by River Gurtin. IN 2016, we decided to rebrand as Blazin’ Bagelz.
Blazin’ Bagelz offers freshly baked bagels daily. Everything, from making the bagel dough to baking, is done daily on the premises. We carefully choose our ingredients with quality and nutrition in mind using only unbleached and unbromated flour that helps eliminate toxins from your diet. Our bagels are made the old-fashioned way, using natural ingredients with no preservatives or additives. We ensure the inside is chewy while the crust is crunchy, by kettling the doughs in boiling water right before it goes into the oven for baking.
